Monday...Winter you showed up again?
It was rainy and cold, near 31 degrees and both had stuff to go to after school outdoors. Alex started soccer and they had a thing for Jon's rec league baseball. It cleared up enough to get them both in
Fort Niagara State Park Pool
As we swam yesterday Alex wanted to go to the other"Town Park Pool" We haven't been to another one of those and knowing we have gone here I knew what he was talking about. I do like this pool too and it is what I remember most about 2020- Alex underwater in this pool. Maybe because it made us try new stuff. Maybe that we could still find a place to enjoy ourselves. Maybe that I feel like we were just trying to keep our head above water. Whatever it was Alex remembers enjoying it and wanted to go back too. He has no realization of why we ever went to this pool in the first place and that's a good thing. Its a day like today that I realize we didn't miss out that year at all.
